Can I negotiate a better price?

How is the usage fee calculated?
The subscription fee is charged at the beginning of your app billing cycle.
The usage fee is charged at the end of each month and is based on your store’s total subscription revenue for that month, multiplied by the applicable transaction fee rate for your current plan.
What happens when I exceed the subscription revenue limit?
On the Free plan, your store is limited to $1,000 in lifetime subscription revenue. The Starter plan allows up to $2,000 in monthly recurring revenue (MRR). If you exceed the revenue limit for your current plan, your existing subscription contracts will continue to generate orders. However, new customers will no longer be able to purchase subscription products unless you upgrade to a higher plan.
Can I use the app on multiple stores?
Each subscription is for one Shopify store. If you need to use the app on multiple stores, you'll need a separate subscription for each. Contact us for multi-store discounts.
How long is the free trial period?
We offer a generous 14-day free trial period for all paid plans. During this time, you'll have full access to all features of your chosen plan, allowing you to thoroughly test the app and ensure it meets your business needs.
When will I get charged after the trial ends?
The subscription will be automatically added to the Shopify billing cycle and billed right after the trial ends according to Shopify subscription charges.
Can I have a refund?
Absolutely! At Joy Subscription, we want to make sure you're completely satisfied with our service. That's why we offer a generous 14-day free trial and a 30-day money-back guarantee. If, for any reason, you're not happy with your subscription within the first 30 days, just reach out to us, and we'll be more than happy to process a refund for you. Your satisfaction is our top priority!
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time! We want to ensure that you have the freedom to choose what works best for you.
Is it easy to switch between plans?
Yes, it's easy to switch between plans, and the changes will take effect immediately. This means you can unlock all the advanced features right away when you switch to a different plan that better suits your needs.
Will I be charged after uninstalling the app?
No, you won't be charged with the subscription fee after uninstalling the app. When you stop using Joy Subscription paid plans or uninstall the app (without downgrading), you will automatically opt-out of the Joy Subscription billing cycle.
However, it's important to note that if you uninstall or downgrade in the middle of a 30-day billing cycle, you may still be charged a prorated amount based on your usage.
Will I be charged after downgrading from paid plans to the Free plan?
No, you won't be charged with the subscription fee after downgrading from paid plan to Free plan. When you stop using Joy Subscription paid plans, uninstalling the app or downgrading to free plan, you will automatically opt-out of the Joy Subscription billing cycle.
However, it's important to note that if you uninstall or downgrade in the middle of a 30-day billing cycle, you may still be charged a prorated amount based on your usage.
If I cancel the paid plans, will I lose the features that were available in the previous plan?
If you decide to cancel your paid plan and switch to another plan, your subscriber data will remain safe and intact. Your data belongs to you—it won’t be deleted or lost.
However, please be aware:
- Some settings and features from paid plans may no longer be available after downgrading.
- Each plan may have limits on subscription revenue. For example, if your store has reached $1,000 in lifetime subscription revenue and you downgrade to the Free plan, your existing active subscriptions will continue to generate orders for 30 days after the downgrade. After that, subscription orders will stop unless you upgrade to a paid plan again.

As you upgrade to higher tiers, you'll get access to priority support channels, faster response times, and dedicated support representatives. Enterprise plans include a dedicated support channel with a named account manager for personalized assistance.
