Joy Subscriptions has four plans: Free, Starter, Pro, and Enterprise. Every plan includes the core subscription toolkit, so you can start selling subscriptions right away and move up as your store grows. Paid plans charge a fixed monthly fee plus a small percentage of your subscription revenue.

Which plan is right for you
Free — $0/month
Best for trying out subscriptions or running a small program. You can have up to 50 active subscriptions with no monthly fee and no transaction fee.
Includes: pay-as-you-go and prepaid plans, assigned migration manager, best-in-class widget and checkout, subscription management, basic product bundle, performance analytics, shipping profile, widget customization, and standard human support.
Starter — $49/month plus 0.75% per transaction
Best for growing stores ready to scale. Everything in Free, plus:

How billing works
Paid plans have two charges:
- Subscription fee — the fixed monthly price of your plan ($49 for Starter, $199 for Pro). It is charged at the start of each billing cycle.
- Transaction fee — a small percentage of your store's monthly subscription revenue, charged at the end of each month. The rate depends on your plan: 0.75% on Starter and 0.5% on Pro.
On the Free plan you pay nothing: no monthly fee and no transaction fee. You can run up to 50 active subscriptions. When you reach the limit, your existing subscriptions keep renewing normally, but you cannot add new ones until you upgrade.
The 14-day free trial on Starter and Pro gives you full access to the plan with no charge during the trial period.
